1. Agreement
By accessing asbgaming.com or purchasing any service from ASB Gaming ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
2. Services We Provide
We offer manual PC optimization, Windows tuning, BIOS tuning, overclocking, undervolting, and related support delivered 1-on-1 over Discord and remote access tools. Service scope is described on each service's page at the time of purchase.
3. Orders and Payment
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are in USD unless stated otherwise.
- Placing an order is an offer; we reserve the right to decline any order (for example, if we cannot safely perform the service on your hardware).
- You are responsible for providing accurate contact details so we can schedule your session.
4. Your Responsibilities
- Back up important data before your session. While we take care, software changes always carry some risk.
- Be present during the remote session and follow reasonable instructions from your technician.
- Do not share session links, credentials, or paid resources with third parties.
5. Refunds and Guarantee
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If an issue arises from our optimization within that window, we will perform a free checkup to address it. Refunds are handled case-by-case where a service cannot reasonably be delivered or re-performed.
6. No Warranty on Hardware
Overclocking, undervolting, and BIOS tuning are performed at your request. We apply industry-standard practices, but we do not warrant hardware longevity or compatibility with future firmware. Hardware failure due to manufacturer defect or pre-existing instability is not our responsibility.
7. Intellectual Property
All site content, guides, and branding are the property of ASB Gaming and may not be copied, redistributed, or resold without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, ASB Gaming's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
